SeaInspect offers marine surveying and consultancy services, including but not limited to pre-purchase inspections, condition reports, vessel management, and new build consulting. All services are provided on a case-by-case basis and tailored to the specific needs of our clients.
All bookings require confirmation via email or written agreement.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled inspection to avoid cancellation fees.
Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a charge of up to 50% of the quoted service fee.
Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise stated.
We accept bank transfer and other agreed-upon payment methods.
Late payments may attract interest at 2% per month and may result in withheld reports until payment is received.
While every effort is made to provide accurate and detailed reports, SeaInspect shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or reliance on our reports or advice.
All client information, reports, and documentation are treated as confidential. We will not share any information without prior consent, except when legally required.
These terms shall be governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising from our services shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Queensland.
